The last time I went snowboarding someone misstook my board for his. Fact is, my board was gone and I was very unhappy about it. My parents promised me at the time to partially pay me a new one for Christmas. This weekend Santa came early.
We went of to the nearby sports shop. I got my budget, I would have to pay the rest. After a long conversation with the salesman on what board should best suit me, and other technical details on the different brands and series it was up to me. I had to make a choice.
The dilemma was or the Burton Custom X or the Santa Cruz Gian Simmen Pro. Eventually, the Burton being a bit too pricey, I chose the Gian Simmen.
Off course I also needed bindings. That would be an easy one, Flow Bindings (the PRO-FR 11)!
