A few moths ago I wrote - with the release of a new MovableType version - about the MovableType war on spam. The main new feature was that URL's in comments would go through a redirect script preventing spam URL's getting a direct hit. This bothered me because I had the habbit of checking out the URL in the statusbar before hitting it. Now I see the generated redirect URL and I have no clue of to where I am going.
Luckiley we have Tom Werner who has written a great MovablType plug-in called URLTitles. This nice plug-in places the URL in the titel of the redirect link. Giving - on mouse over of the link - a simple solution to my problem: "Where am I going".
